Inua Ellams is a poet, playwright and performer. He is an ambassador for the Ministry of Stories and his published books of poetry include Candy Coated Unicorns and Converse All Stars, Thirteen Fairy Negro Tales, The Wire-Headed Heathen, #Afterhours and The Half-God of Rainfall-an epic story in verse. His play The 14th Tale was awarded Fringe First at the Edinburgh International Theatre Festival, and Barber Shop Chronicles sold out two performances at England's National Theatre. He recently completed his first full-length collection of poems The Actual, is currently touring with An Evening With An Immigrant, and is working on several commissions for stage and screen. He lives and works in London, where he founded Midnight Run, The Rhythm and Poetry Party (The R.A.P Party) and Poetry + Film / Hack (P+F/H).  He is a member of the Royal Society of Literature.

Ilaria Oddenino (1981, Italy) is a lecturer and editorial translator. A specialist in English language and literature, she holds a PhD in Anglistics with a focus in postcolonial literature. Oddenino has published several essays and articles in Italian and international journals. She conceived and curates the project Il Ballatoio - Store at Home in collaboration with the Turin Book Fair.
