The workshop proposes activities of perception, movement, action and dance. It is designed for people over the age of 60. It requires no specific skills other than the amenability to take part. “For three mornings we wear comfortable clothes and shows, we meet, we look, we listen, we breathe, we move, we perform actions, we dance, together”.

Silvia Rampelli has a degree in philosophy and lectures in the Master's Degree course in art therapy at Rome's Università "La Sapienza"; she focuses her reflection on the nature of the act. Active on the performance scene and in a theoretical and training context, she has been produced by the Venice Biennale and invited to leading festivals. She currently conducts workshops for Fabulamundi, Playwriting Europe, Scuola Cònia. Course in Performance Technique, Istituto di Ricerca di Arte Applicata Societas and Da.Re. Dance Research and she develops projects for fragile users. She won the UBU 2018 Prize for best dance show.
